- PuTTY: A Free Telnet/SSH Client
- TFTP server: A PC tool used for file transfer

- Kiwi SysLog. A very good tool for receiving log messages from the Exigo.
- Tera Term Pro. A free software terminal emulator (communication program) for Windows
- Zenitel TeamViewer QuickSupport: A tool to enable remote access for Zenitel customer service agents.
