Useful Tools
- PuTTY: A Free Telnet/SSH Client
- TFTP server: A PC tool used for file transfer
- Wireshark: A free packet analyzer computer application. It is used for network troubleshooting, analysis, software and communications protocol development, and education. Originally named Ethereal.
- Kiwi SysLog. A very good tool for receiving log messages from the Exigo.
- Tera Term Pro. A free software terminal emulator (communication program) for Windows
- Zenitel TeamViewer QuickSupport: A tool to enable remote access for Zenitel customer service agents. Password is preset to "alphasupport".
- WinSCP: A free FTP client
