By default the number of VoIP ports in Exigo is 150 (from 61000:61150).
This will in most cases be more than sufficient.
In some rare cases where you have more than 40 live speech, programs etc. this could cause problems.
You will be able to setup program 41 but there will be no audio in the system because of the default VoIP port/firewall setting.
This may be difficult to troubleshoot.
The solution for this is to expand the range of VoIP ports in the firewall setting:
Here it is possible to expand the range (to for example 61000:61400).
