  • All audio from Exigo to AlphaCom/ACM will be distributed with handset and volume override.

Configuration Example

Group number, Program Number, Directory Number and Class Of Service can of cause be changed to user request.

AlphaCom integration with A-B Systems

AlphaCom configuration of net routing related to the SIP connections from A and B Exigo controller require some attention to avoid issues with dual setup and arbitrary AlphaCom audio sourcing from A or B controller.

From AlphaSys version 12.4.2.3, AlphaCom can be configured to prioritize audio from A controller if the following requirements are meet.
If A controller fails the switch over from A to B audio will use approx 30 seconds.

AlphaCom Configuration Requirements:

  • Net routing from AlphaCom to A controller must use EVEN node number
  • Net routing from AlphaCom to B controller must use ODD node number
  • Node number of B controller must be larger than node number of A controller.
  • A and B Exigo controller must be configured with presiding node numbers.
    • Example:
    • Controller A = node 2 .
    • Controller B = node 3.
  • The AlphaPro Net routing flag "Exigo" must be used for A and B controller
  • The AlphaPro Net routing flag "Monitor trunk" must be used for A and B controller
  • Exigo must trigger the feature "118 Program Source" in AlphaCom for audio distribution to AlphaCom group(s). (Or local group call)
